Orders, Shipping & Tracking

  1. All shipping dates are estimated based on current orders and expected stock deliveries
  2. All kits are made to order, shipping dates can be affected by delays in stock deliveries and surges in orders.
  3. If your estimated shipping date has passed, please contact me for an update. I am always happy to help.
  4. If your shipping date falls on a weekend or UK public holiday, I will book it for the next available working day.
  5. I cannot give accurate timescales on shipping overseas. 
  6. Please expect extended delays if ordering during the Christmas or Chinese New Year Holidays
  7. Always check your order with the tracking link provided. I cannot give any more information than that provided in the tracking.

Due to recent issues with Royal Mail, deliveries are being delayed and normal tracking updates are affected. if you have any queries please let me know. however I only have access to the same information provided within the tracking link you would have received. All parcels are sent fully insured so in the event of a lost parcel I will raise a claim for a refund on shipping and the value of the content. Once the claim has been accepted I will replace the order or issue a refund.

Please note, I can only issue a refund once the parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier.
